GH3030 high temperature alloy

GH3030 solid solution strengthened high temperature alloy is an early developed 80Ni-20Cr solid solution strengthened high temperature alloy with simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800℃, and good oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process performance


GH2747high temperature alloy

GH2747 (original grade GH747) is an iron-nickel-based precipitation hardening deformation high temperature alloy with excellent high temperature strength, high temperature oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and structural stability. The maximum operating temperature of the alloy can reach 1300℃, and it is widely used in high temperature application fields such as aerospace, nuclear power, petrochemical, and metallurgy.

It has excellent corrosion resistance and can withstand erosion by a variety of corrosive media. By increasing the content of chromium, aluminum and rare earth, the oxidation resistance of the alloy at 1000℃-1300℃ is greatly improved.


Application field

GH2747 is widely used in:

· Aerospace: high-temperature parts such as engine parts, combustion chambers, afterburners

· Nuclear power: high-temperature oxidation-resistant parts

· Petrochemical metallurgy: heat-resistant parts such as furnace rollers, thermocouple sleeves, transmission devices

Process performance:

1. The alloy has good forgeability, with a forging heating temperature of 1180℃ and a final forging of 900℃.

2. The average grain size of the alloy is closely related to the deformation degree and final forging temperature of the forging.

3. After heat treatment, the oxide scale on the surface of parts can be removed by sand blasting or pickling.
